Roberto's Taco Shop - La Jolla

I didn't expect this BIG TACO!! I paid $8 for 2 fish Taco Combo and this big one??? I bet u would love their reasonable price taco. Love to go back there

This place is the real deal, original Robertos Kettentaco-Shop. Old school, good quality Mexican food for a good price. The staff is always helpful and cool with you, food is always fresh with high quality ingredients. You can't go wrong with something in the menu....

So happy with my takeout last night... Large filled beef and cheese enchilada. They definitely don't skip any ingredients. Up and beyond my expectations! Thank you Robertos Clairemont. You are the best!

I've lived in this Neighborhood my entire life, seen many restaurants come and go over the last 40 years. I remember when this Roberto's used to be a Domino's pizza, little Ceasars pizza and a big John's take bake pizza. They all came and went but Roberto's has stood the test of time due to their quality of food, portion size and hospitality. They have some of the best Tortas around and I'd highly recommend the carnitas one. If you're SUPER hungry go for the Carne asada fries WITH beans, you won't regret it and it might become a staple upon visiting. I'd also recommend their Surf Turf burrito, its easily my favorite burrito on the list. The crew their is very friendly and service is quick. Give them a try and you'll be coming back for more!!

So let me tell you about this place , I live off of Balboa and Genesee I go all the way over to this taco shop cause there food is worth it ! I love it . The enchiladas sauce is perfect
