Le Bellerive – Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu

Horrible service and zero attentiveness waited at front door half hour with reservations waited at table another half hour before flagging down bus person to take our order then food took another two hours to be served. No one apologized or offered a gesture worst restaurant service I’ve ever experienced.

We always liked this restaurant because of the ambiance, the view and the good service. On the other hand, since the pandemic, we find that the choices on the menu are limited. There could be more choices that would suit more people.

Great experience! Great welcome and the staff were very attentive to our wishes. The meal was of good quality. The cheese platter was almost a meal in itself! Great discovery of regional products. We are not disappointed with our choice of meals and restaurant.

I have no gluten-free diet. the cook came to my table to explain to me what I could eat and how he would make sure that my teller would be 100% safe. that was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.
