O. My - Kurunjang

What astounds me most about O.MY is that it gets better each time. My fifth visit yesterday, it won’t be my last. Absolute perfection in the ever changing menu, accompanying wines, served by the coolest sommelier you’re ever likely to encounter, and the waiter staff leave nothing to desire. My last micro gastronomy degaustation was at Attica, which in my opinion, has got nothing on Blane, Chug and Alistair’s offering at O.MY. If you haven’t already, seriously, do yourself a favour, forget all the hype of city fine dining and visit this two star jewel. For me, there’s no better meal in Melbourne. Love your work lads, exceptional.

We will be back, and not for the food. That may seem like a strange endorsement, but hear me out. When you go to a swanky restaurant in the city, the staff tend to fawn over you, with a clearly fake, obsequious facade. They don't actually believe that their purpose in life is to serve you, but they will do their best to make you believe it. You know it's fake, they know you know, but we all keep pretending. The service at O.MY is not like that at all. In fact, you could even suggest that it is the opposite. Warm, genuine regard for the customers, and a relaxed and engaging style. Throughout the night, the staff somehow managed to be totally unobtrusive yet smoothly integrating into our conversations, having a laugh, and dare I say it showing a little of the Aussie larrikin. It was so refreshing for a change, and the best dining service I have ever experienced. So go to O.MY because the service is outstanding. And the food is amazing too!

Absolutely fantastic! The food was so delicious, clever pretty. I couldn't even begin to pick what my favourite dish was, they were all so so good. I will admit that before we went I was worried I would still be hungry at the end, but quite the opposite. The food just kept coming! The service was also exceptional! I have never been somewhere where every single person we interacted with was so friendly knowledgeable, but in a relaxed casual way that doesn't feel forced. Loved the whole experience would highly recommend! Can't wait to go back.

Amazing , delicious, scrumptious food from start to end. Hard to describe every course. Every bite a new experience accomplished by wine, beer or cherry. I never had an experience like that. It was masterclass food cooked by a masterchef. And the waiter also amazing with their knowledge and professionalism. We will be back

I have never reviewed a restaurant before but this was probably the best dining experience I've ever had. You can taste the love and passion that goes in to creating every single dish to the finest detail. Absolute taste sensations.....We had a great afternoon enjoying the fantastic service that completed the whole experience. Already re booked!! Uber next time so we can enjoy more wine Thank you so much to the whole team
