I am a service provider myself and could not imagine dealing with customers and customers in this way. The staff also does not know the conditions on the menu table. Overall, long waiting times are expected. For me, this visit was a negative experience and I prefer to spend my money in another restaurant where I find appreciation as a customer.

You don't have to write anything about food like any subway. You don't expect anything else. But what is expected is an operation that at least pretends to be fun, and the customer is king and not disturbing peace! We were there several times and often met new employees who were apparently still in training. The chaos always arises at checkout because the one who is to conceive either did not look through the system or did not communicate with what the goods are occupied. This leads to jam, bad mood on both sides and unclear bills (I never get what is calculated). All in this situation and with this staff the owner has to make more efforts to keep the shop.
So now a subway has finally opened near me, has long lasted but since this week is finally ready!!! It is a very small place with beautiful seating. The staff behind the counter is very friendly and quick. I had a half Foot Long Italy BMT ordered bread on a whole grain. But I think I had more sausage on the bread in Cape Coral or New York. Also in the Toppings (Salat,Gurken.Zwiebel etc., the employees only take very hesitantly with small hands into the bowls, here I had to say every time: please a little more! what then went without problems.What is still missing here is a sign or hint which bread can be ordered. I find this very important!!!!!!! Otherwise, I can't report anything negative about this branch, so I can only recommend the restaurant.
