Bidrage med feedbackSuch a cool place. Very good soup, with an eatable cup. A lot of people eat it as a take away. There are only two tables, but you have to try it :
Great concept. Zero waste in an extremely tasty bread cone mine was the turmeric option) filled with pumpkin curry.
If you’re into zero waste, Soup Culture is the lunch spot for you. It was the eatery in Kosice that I was most excited to visit because they serve their soups in edible bread cups! Soup Culture seems to be part of a chain, as you can find them throughout Central and Eastern Europe. I’ve seen them listed in Czechia, Austria, the Ukraine, Poland, Belarus and Latvia. The cafe itself is cozy and modern, with friendly staff and plenty of options. They serve both vegetarian and vegan soups, and you can also choose between different flavours of soup cups. The cups themselves are made in front of you, and are thick and chewy. The soups we had were equally as tasty and topped with fresh parsley. One of the things I liked most was the amount of topping choices on our table. We could choose from chia seeds, black and white sesame seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds. The only con I would say is that the portions are reasonably small, so treat it as a fun light lunch. I am always satisfied with the soup here. When I’m in Kosice I go here very often. They make gluten free bread which tastes just as good. It is the perfect lunch or snack when on the go or during the cold weather. I love it!
I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Their soups are tasty, healthy, and filling. Plus you can eat the cup it tastes kinda like pizza dough but much better!!They have vegan options and the place is absolutelly eco friendly. You can also add different kinds of seeds or spices on top of your soup (chia, black sesame, white sesame, line or sunflower seeds, chilli powder, black pepper, etc). I highly recommend visiting this place, it is truly amazing!!
