Sea Palace - Kollam

I would like to commend the staff and management for their outstanding hospitality and service. The food they serve is good. What's even better is that their pricing is pocket-friendly, offering great value for the quality they provide. They also have wheelchair accessible parking and entrance.The seating arrangements and interiors are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I had the pleasure of enjoying their morning buffet breakfast, which was delightful and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for its superb service, delectable cuisine, and thoughtful amenities.

Must appreciate the hospitality and service of the staff and management . Food they are serving are extremely good and tasty. Pocket friendly pricing also. Wheelchair accessible parking& entrance is there. They will also provide wheelchair if any one is required. Seatings and interiors are well and good. Morning buffet breakfast was best in the city when compared to other hotels near by with in 5 km.

Took a room for one day stay 1. Very cost effective 2. Small but well maintained 3. Clean towel and bathroom. Hot water is good 4. AC is working fine 5. Very satisfied for one day stay 6. Very near 1 km from railway station so within 5 min you will check in room thats very comfortable after a long journey 7. Checking in and out is hasle free Cons 1. Bed is not premium. I can feel the springs. Foam has worned out. So sleep was not that ok. 2. Some small stains in bed sheet noted but not that issues 3. AC control panel is lil difficult tp understand. Took me about one hour to understand. 4. Bathrooms are pathethic. Toilet seat was loose and moving around. Toiletries were not fresh. 5. It's a bar attached hotel so not very comfortable for families. But for 2200 bucks per day very satisfied Photos attached please see and select

The rooms were clean and all but the AC cooling was really bad when u pay for an service that should be provided properly. Even though we had asked for room service- cleaning it was not done even after giving them almost 12 hours as we were gone out. The service was also time consuming as it took a while for each item we asked to reach our room. The breakfast buffet was not bad and a good experience comparatively. Theres also 2 bars present inside the hotel one being the rooftop one with a view of the beach . The location is like 400-600 mtr away from the beach and easily walkable .The bathrooms were also not the best it was not clean and the toilet seats were cracked .

A budget friendly and comfortable place to stay in Kollam city. Good service and clean, good rooms to stay. Location wise also better as it is near to the city centre but not that much busy or noisy area. The Kollam beach is only walkable distance away from this hotel.
