After covid many things changed. For resturants is taste is important. Imperio lost it. So I am changing my rating to 1 star after a long time.

The person who took order wearing coat pant did not paid attention to what we gave order. We waited long and at last gave wrong item.. He is telling that we did not told properly but he did not paid attention during taking order. After that showing attitude , worst customer service .. I would suggest better go to orbis or any other restaurant then this 3rd class restaurant who doesn’t value customer. We didn’t had anything and left from the restaurant.. Before it was good who had good people now they don’t value customers.

Do not go in with high expectations as you will likely be disappointed. On the first floor, there is seating for dining. I ordered the biriyani, but it was just ordinary biriyani wrapped in a banana leaf after cooking, so it lacked the distinct banana leaf flavor. I arrived late so I did not get a fresh serving. The yellow sweets they offer should be avoided. The dish was overly spicy with little aroma or flavor. There are better restaurants nearby, so only choose this option if there are no other alternatives.

We ordered half a portion of butter chicken from Swiggy. The gravy included only chicken skins instead of boneless meat, and it was mostly just watery with a few pieces of skin. When we notified Swiggy about this issue, they only offered to report it. This kind of treatment is unacceptable for customers ordering from Imperio restaurant, and it feels like an insult. Being treated like a beggar is not something that should be tolerated.
