If you know what you expect from Pizza Hut then nothing will surprise you. Complete ordinary for both food and service.

Well, this is a pizza hut. If you love corporate fast food, go for it. If you love good italian cuisine, there are much better places in the immediate area. Tried it - as American friends insisted to go - an will pass. Pizza hut is good when you have no time or are traveling and just need to get fed. We ate here for lunch we had a nice pizza but when my dessert came I found a long piece of string in it. When I told our server she said she would go and tell the kitchen staff no money off our bill thou. When we came to pay she said the kitchen staff it's only the string from the packaging WHAT! I don't want to find string in any of my food thank you.

We were craving for some Cheezy Crust so we came here. The restaurant was only half full but it took quite long until someone took our order. Drinks and pizza were served fast and the pizza was really good. Unfortunately paying with credit card was not possible here. Nonetheless we had the dinner we were craving for.

I have been to this restaurant twice. It is almost like the Pizza Huts in the U.S., except for the language difference. Both times there, I had lunch. And both times, I did not have to make a reservation. Both times I was greeted shortly after entering the establishment. The menu is easy to read and understand. My partner wanted to try the pizza with the cheese in the crust. I told my partner that I had had it before and while it was novel, it tasted just like the cheese on the pizza and was also more fatting; but one should try it at least once. She ordered a pizza (half spinach and half tuna) with cheese in the crust. So, they are flexible when it comes to toppings and combinations on your pizza. And not to be outdone, I ordered the Salami Pizza also with cheese in the crust. Pizza Hut also has pasta dishes, salads, etc. They cut the pizza into slices, not square as it should be and this is one of the few pizzerias that have a 0.5 l size coke on the menu. The food came as ordered, hot and good. We were allowed to have a conversation at our table without constant interruption but were appropriately asked about halfway through our meal how everything was by the waitress. Since we both could not eat all of our pizzas, the waitress put the remaining slices in a box and a specially designed plastic bag, so I could carry it home, to eat later. What we call in the U.S. a “Doggy Bag”. However, I would not give it to my dog because it taste just as good if not better, when reheated in the microwave the next day. Prices are fair and portions are good. This Pizza Hut is located in the heart of Koblenz in the pedestrian shopping zone, so one can take a break from shopping and have lunch without having to go very far. While it is not the atmosphere of a 5 Star Restaurant, Pizza Hut is fair and the decoration is nice on the eyes. The space is well organized and roomy. The Internet site is both in German and English. Negative: There is no parking lot, so one has to find a parking spot and pay to park, to eat at Pizza Hut. I will be back to eat at this Pizza Hut again.
