Bidrage med feedbackOrdered the new lemon chicken meal ith spicy rice coleslaw chips andside salad and i was given just chicken and chips, there was no coleslaw left and no side salad, just plain old chicken and chips with a spicy salt on chips. I have been...here lots of times and was shocked after not been this year, dirty filthy place, slovenly waitress who left dishes on table and walked past many times, flies wer flying around the table, meal was vile and disgusting and told them and was offered a fre dessert....no thnk you i dont eat dessert, i wasnt complaining for a freebie, full of drunken old men smoking, ill never come here again and would not recommend it for anyone either, revamp is needed and new caring staff need to be employed.
While visiting family in Prescot, we decided to meet up at The Watch Maker restaurant. We arrived just after Thursday and found plenty of tables available. The table we sat at was clean. We ordered drinks through the app and they arrived quickly. As the pub started to get busy, we decided to order food but encountered trouble connecting to the wifi. We had to go to the bar to place our order, along with many others experiencing the same issue. The staff admitted that the wifi was unreliable throughout the building. Despite this, our food was delivered promptly and we had no complaints about the food or the service we received. We hope that Tim can fix the wifi so we can continue to use the excellent app.
Sat down, table had been cleared but not cleaned. Ordered on the app, drinks and food all delivered at the same time. pints ordered, both as flat as each other, terrible taste. Food was okay but definitely ruined by the smokers who stood at...the front door in the no smoking area smoking. You could see the smoke wafting in but none of the staff did anything about it. The whole pub was like a big clock had been turned back years, on par with a working mans club from the Not a very family friendly pub which we have come to expect of JD Wetherspoons.
I was visiting a friend who recently moved to the area, and we decided to have breakfast at this restaurant since Wetherspoons is our usual go-to place back home. However, we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast here. We checked in and placed our order through the app. Our drinks and cutlery were delivered to our table, but the server noticed that the cutlery was dirty and took it back. She then brought us another set of dirty cutlery, which we ended up cleaning ourselves with antibacterial wipes that I had in my handbag. When our breakfast arrived, we were disappointed with the quality. My toast was burnt, while my friend's was undercooked. My beans were cold, and the sausages were inedible. I ended up leaving a lot of my meal uneaten. Overall, the experience was so disappointing that we have no plans to return in the future.
Awful food, scruffy dirty restaurant gangs of drunks outside inside mostly middle aged men using foul language.
