I order at 5.30 until 8.00 haven't get my pizza... Call to the agent they like do not want to take any action...

We are order pizza in website 11:30am, the delivery until 1:30 pm also not yet come, we are go to the store, The waiter said they delivered it at 12:00pm, The delivery guy say location not found, in there got phone number why don’t call, we are waiting 1 hour 30 minutes, we are taking pizza go back inside the pizza also doing wrong
