Moxie's Grill & Bar - Kitchener

Big surprise for us at Moxie. We went there last night and I can say we order our usual. Calamari and burger which they are alway delicious. The big surprise came over night when me and my wife we felt stomac sick we spent an unpleasant night close to the washrooms. We are not sure was the Calamari or the burger? However I was always feeling safe to eat at Moxie but not anymore. Too bad.

The food at Moxies is amazing! Great quality and good portion size. The staff are friendly and attentive. Love the comfortable yet classy feel of the restaurant. The patio is one of the best in KW!

Was just here for lunch today, super great staff and lovely atmosphere! I ordered the chicken rigatoni and it was to die for! The covered patio is awesome and is still really warm considering the drop in temperature we’ve had lately. Overall, I would 100% come back again! Great job Moxies!

Pricey, small portions, too much salt on burger. Moxie 's is a chain that tries to lean more to the fancier side of pubs, so they inflate the prices and reduce the food portions. Drink variety is low. The atmosphere is nice, good looking place but is that really what you want to prioritize? For a casual dinner for two I think it would be an ok option, but for a friends or family nightout I would recommend McMullan 's over Moxie 's any day of the week.

My family and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We decided to celebrate a family member's birthday there, but our experience was ruined because they did not acknowledge our request to be seated together when we made the reservation over a week ago. Despite our request, we were seated at separate tables far apart and in the sun. When we asked to be moved to a shaded area, the manager refused, claiming that all tables were reserved. She was very rude and made no attempt to accommodate our group. This was a very disappointing experience, especially considering we expected more from Moxies.
