Throughly enjoyed this great Puerto Rican spot. Clean, modern, and airy. Great service with servers with great personalities. Food came out quickly and fresh. Moderate portions. Now, the arroz and gandulas were highly disappointing. Basically, it was rice with sazon Goya and a few beans. But overall we were satisfied and we will be coming back.

I went to Tropico Mofongo for some to go food. It was really loud. Almost too loud. I waited about 20 minutes for my food. The food was absolutely delicious. All wrapped individually. The hostess at the to go register was a sweet heart. The only thing is that I observed the hostess at the door walk past trash on the floor without picking it up. It kind odade me upset because the place , as small as it was seemed very put together and decorated nice and this woman walks past trash like it didn't matter. Other than that. Great food great service.

One of thr best Monfongos I have had in a long time. They have prepared food if you are in a rush and just want something good but quick that you can ala carte. The service sitting down was pretty quick as well. Nice atmosphere with salsa playing. Clean and bright inside. Will definitely come back with my wife.Food: 5/5
