Bella Dale - Kirklees

Used to a brilliant takeaway. No idea what has happened over the past few months. Staff that were previously very friendly are now very cold and unwelcoming. Prices are inconsistent. In the shop there is a sticker saying some prices have increased by 15%. Even factoring in the 15% they still differ from their website. As for the printed menus well forget it they are so out of date. None of the prices are accurate. No idea what the future holds for Bella Dale but I fear the worst z

The only word I can use to describe this restaurant is "awful." I paid £15 for a pizza that was both flat and dry, served with chips on the side. The food was extremely salty and had no taste at all. I have rarely experienced such poor quality and value for money. I doubt they have any returning customers.

I ordered two kebabs and portions of cheesy chips. The chicken was dry and the chips were stale. The staff were extremely rude and I was informed that I could not pay with a card.

Food was delicious, would recommend the special kebab it was amazing, will definitely be returning again.

Never use this place quick to take your money then once you had paid then say they dont deliver my area then to say cant have money back straight away. And they are rude on the phone these should not be running establishments.
