My My mom took me to lunch today fomom ordered the sandwich Trio. After 40 minutes I had to ask the waitress to bring my mom her Broccoli soup.The waitress was not friendly. Seemed like she hated her job.After 1 hour I asked the waitress if she could give us take out containers and the bill with our food. The reason being is that we were going to watch my daughter's hockey game which was 1.5 hrs after the time we got to the restaurant.It was 1 hr 10 mins when we got our food. We had to woof it down and put the rest in take out containers.My mom's fries were terrible, all crumbs and full of salt. The half sandwich was also terrible, the white bread was dry and the chicken had skin on it. My mom is a senior. She was so disappointed. We will never go back. We will go to Denny's . It's way better.Also, my husband I went there like a year ago. I thought it might be better but it's the same. Service, and food suck.

This place had a great a vibe. Will surely return during our trip.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options.

We went out for a dinner and we were so excited to go to Kelsey's as we don't have one in our town anymore.First off it took us 45 minutes to get our order as several people who came after us got their food before us....Second off ...we had to return the chicken wings twice and still were undercooked and greasy.The poutine was undercooked and just full of oil and cold in the middle....gravy was that from a can.My order..was the fajitas and I was so excited except when it came ....the pan was not sizzling..the vegetables were mushy and the chicken was so dry it did not look like chicken at all.So disappointing. We will not be returning and it was a terrible experience.We were offered 20 percent off our order and went back to our hotel hungry and disappointed!

Nicely renovated and updated menu with good choices,Good bar area with lots of sports on, good cocktail and beer selection definitely a classy place.
