Chipotle Mexican Grill - Kingman

I love coming here! Food is always so fresh, the place is beautiful and clean at any time that I have been there! The staff is great, especially Yadira, always so friendly and professional! 10/10.

Great food. Except I didn't like how the first person worked. Vegetables should always be offered before meat. I'm an 8-year vegetarian. I had to put the situation out of my head to eat. He asks meat first, then fajita veggies. When he puts the vegetables on the meat, he pushes it with the pliers. Meat on pliers. It was hard to push me out of my head, I was very hungry, felt like crying. If there is only Veggie, why you will be charged the same price as meat. You look funny if you want more veg.

I was a little disappointed that the special garlic guajillo steak was at the bottom of the pan when I ordered. I was offered the regular steak to make it half n half. I 'm sure it would have been better with a fresh batch of steak. The chips were extremely salty. Overall the food was good though. My biggest issue today, and previously at another location, the dining room was filthy. I think it 's important that every 15 mins someone is passing through and wiping tables, straightening chairs and just making sure it 's a place people want to eat.

One of my favorite places to dine. To start upon entering the Chipotle Grill there was a red sauce spill on the order counter, I thought maybe it just happened, when I ordered my food a burrito bowl I chose the Carne Asada bowl with all the works and a drink, $17.95 Okay so I had to find an area to eat, this was about 6:00pm there was lots of laughter and about six employees working at the time, food was everywhere on most of the tables, food and trash on the floor the place was in need of a good cleaning, one employee was taking a nap in the dining area. I have never been to a Chipotle restaurant in such disarray, lots of gristle in the Carne and the guacamole had whole halves of avocado in it, not all bad but not the creamy texture that I normally get. I was there about forty minutes the foot traffic was slow and when I left the red sauce spill was still on the counter, there was plenty of time to clean it up but they didn't. I don't expect the place to be spotless but that was unacceptable. The crew was young and I couldn't tell who the manager was but hey take some pride in your establishment. I wish I had taken photos but I didn't think of it at the time. Patrick B.

I was disappointed, they were put of chicken, steak and low on fajita vegetables. All before the lunch rush. Ordered a salad, got charged for a bowl. Garbage was overflowing outside, mentioned it and it as ignored. Lots of water in the bowl . Did not meet my minimum expectation.
