Wendy's - Kettering

Thank you Earl the manager for an amazing experience. I came in for lunch during work. They were short staffed , but they all were working hard. I had forgotten my wallet and tried to pay by phone but their card reader was malfunctioning. Considering I had no other way to pay, they still were able to help me out get me some lunch. The managers were apologetic and extremely generous. If I'm in the area I will 100 percent go back. Thank you for the hot lunch and absolutely amazing service.

Extraordinarily rude employees.I’ve worked in fast food, I get you don’t love your job but that’s no reason to make it everyone else’s problem. Severe attitude issues with these people.Slow service and old food, Wendy’s is never great but this one should be shut down.

Said they were closed at 10:30pm when theyre supposed to be open until 12am. ?s

This Wendy's never has any food. Do you have baked potatoes? No. Do you have salads? No. Do you have chili? No.

Service is bad, food is bad, store is filthy. It's amazing a health inspector hasn't shut any of the stores in Kettering down, they are all like this. The food tasted like it had been sitting being warmed for way longer than it should. My dog wouldn't even eat the fries... Then, we place a mobile order today and they make us walk in for no reason. I was just here a week or so ago and that was %100 not the case. Ownership really needs to get a handle on their staff, these stores did not used to be this bad. Don't bother trying with customer service either. They never even answered the phone or chat after 20 minutes of waiting.
