Bidrage med feedbackThe ladies at this Starbucks are amazing, especially the regulars up front. I have IBS, and I'm disabled. They are always careful with my order and ask how treatment is going. I always avoided Starbucks because they never remembered no dairy. Now, sometimes we go here and don't even grocery shop. I wish they had a drive thru, but their faces are always worth going in!Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is inside the Kroger, so you can get a scooter and they have reusable cup holders.
Fantastic ladies work here! I ordered a drink that I thought was one I wanted but it turned out not be what I thought it was... Camryn her associate were so helpful in making me a drink that I would really like.... much better Starbies than Cornerstone in Centerville!!
I always order a Peppermint White a chocolate Mocha. Every single time I would leave I would take a sip and it’s always a peppermint mocha. So I have to go back in. A few times I even drove away before I realized it was a mocha and not a white chocolate. Now I take a sip before I even walk away and even still this morning it was a Mocha instead of a WCM. I even say it slowly and clearly and repeat WHITE CHOCOLATE. It gets super annoying that they don’t take the time to listen to the customer especially when you’re paying $6.25 for a coffee and if that isn’t bad enough this morning they have a middle aged man running the register who REPEATEDLY called me “Honey” even after I told him my name for my order. Men…. Do not call customers Honey. It’s disrespectful and rude. Listen to your customer when they tell you their name. Like you literally ask your customer for their name to put on their order so why do you still call them honey? Needless to say I got an espresso machine and the stuff to make my PWCM myself because I’m over going to SB for my favorite coffee and paying a premium when they just mess it up EVERY TIME. I understand everyone makes mistakes now and then but out of a dozen times going in there I’ve gotten the right coffee like 3 times and that’s only because Chris made it. She is the Starbucks employee every SB worker should strive to be. She’s amazing and the service is always ON POINT when she’s there so thank you Chris but the rest of your employees need work.
This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff here is always so nice and the service is great and speedy.Parking: This location shares a parking lot with a car wash and it's a bit of a pain when you're trying to leave if you've enjoyed your coffee inside the establishment.
I never go inside. Last drive thru experience, the wrong lid was put on my coffee, and it spilled all over me and my new vehicle interior. Mistakes are made. I'm not upset about it. All previous drive thru experiences were great.
