Holsten Étterem - Keszthely

Just left this place, absolutely awful. Waited 40 min for our orders, just as we asked to pay for the drinks our food arrived: dry, tasteless and cold. Please avoid this place: overpriced food one can cook better at home.

Poor service. Unfriendly staff. Limited options. Undercooked and tasteless food. Not all of the items we ordered were delivered. Left disappointed. Staff pretty much expected the tip (didn't even offer to return the change, which would be fine if at least the service was any better)

Very expensive because it's in the heart of the city and very poor service of the staff too. Not flexible for any allergens on food. The food is very salty. Not paying attention to orders as well. And they demanded the tip, and purposely did not give our change back.

Wish I had seen these reviews before sitting down. Service was incredibly slow, food was warm at best, their card terminal wasn't working so had to withdraw cash and I think I was charged more than what was on the menu. Just wanted to leave at that point so didn't question it.

Yes, the place is definitely overpriced but if the food would be ok one wouldn't mind.. but the cook has no clue, at least he surely doesnt know what a ceasar salad is.. the toilets are also dirty and the staff is soooo fake. Will never eat there again and you'd better avoid this place too.
