Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kernersville

Drove 30 minutes for the national ice cream day promotion. Myself and other customers were told they would not honor the deal or any others because the app was down. We showed the app which displayed the promo but manager came out and said this location wasn’t able to redeem it. An explanation or apology would have been nice

This location is a dumpster fire. The staff are extremely rude and condescending. There is no customer service whatsoever. I honestly don't understand how you can mess up ice cream. Complete and total incompetence.

Blizzard what can you say they are fantastic and they were fast and very nice. Clean store.

The staff here was not nice at all during my visit. When I ordered my milkshake in the drive through they did not put any whipped cream on it. When I asked them about it, they then only put the tiniest amount on my drink. I went to do the survey online to let their management know, the code was not on the receipt at all.
