Bidrage med feedbackGreat food from a staff that will hustle to get your needs taken care of. Def recommend as they're under new management.
Amazing service by the 2 young men today 06/09/19. I came over almost at close after being turned down at ivars (after waiting since 848). Anyway, these young men, i didn't catch their names but they seemed to be the only 2 working there mopping and cleaning for tomorrow. I took food they were gonna pack away and they offered to warm it up which of course i said no because i knew they were cleaning up. Love the food but love the customer service even more so. Good luck in all your endeavors young men!
It might not be the fine dining experience that some crave, but if you can find simple pleasure in a great slice of pizza, give them a try. Located at the mall food court (near GameStop), Sbarro brings the nostalgia of arcade birthday parties and hanging out with friends. The slices are large, the service is quick, and the price is reasonable.
General manager Jesus was sweeping and did not wash his hands or put on gloves to get my food, was disgusted and told the cashier I was disappointed at the lack of hygiene from the manager, I refused to pay for the pizza and left. I attempted to call the 800 number multiple times with no answer and was unable to leave a voice message due to the mailbox not being set up. I'm disappointed and disgusted by this experience.
I haven 't even gotten my order yet and see already why the reviews are so bad. Firstly it says the location opens at 10 a.m., according to both Google and Sbarro 's private website. Apparently they open at 11 instead and just won 't update their store hours online. So I tried to order online, the website wouldn 't let me. After 3 calls somebody finally answered and said the soonest I could get a pizza was at 11:30 because I have to worry about the mall customers first he claimed. If I hadn 't wanted this pizza from fond memories of my youth I would have abandoned the idea altogether. Most folks won 't wait NINETY MINUTES after their website claims they open to the public for a pizza. It 'll likely be the only time I eat here. No wonder most of them in America have went out of business.
