Proof Gastropub - Kennewick

Great restaurant! We have never eaten at Proofs before but heard it was good, so we at at the one in Pasco. We went with friends and each of our meals were delicious! The Killer Mac N Cheese, Buffalo Chicken (burger style), Not Your Average Cubano, and the Tennessee Whiskey Burger were fabulous! The service is just as good (if not better) than the food. We will definitely be back.

Sweet vibe, killer views of the city, great food and drinks. Bartender was awesome. His name was Justin.. try to get a spot at the bar by him.

First and last time coming here.I was really expecting something great since my boyfriend brought me.I ordered a classic burger well done and when I received it. It was overly well done to the point it was burnt ? not sure if I’m in the wrong. But it will definitely be my last ? next time I’ll just go to McDonald’s lol and save me some money.

This was a great little restaurant, but it's a bit small. We were stuck smack-dab in the middle, which I have a hard time with. The atmosphere is really nice, but it's almost confusing whether it's fancy or casual. There are crystal chandeliers, but most people are dressed very casually. My huckleberry mule didn't have much huckleberry flavor, and it was 80% ice. The burgers are yummy. Guacamole chips and dip could have more guacamole.

Giving 5 stars, but..... the price for a small well drink was 14 dollars well above the average price for well drinks. food was good service and atmosphere was great would recommend as long as you avoid the well drink selection.Food: 5/5
