Everything was hot, fresh and made the way we asked. The Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich is still one of the best chicken sandwiches Ive ever had

Ive ordered from this Carls Jr 3 times and 2 out of 3 times theyve forgotten part of my order and had to issue a refund for the missed parts. Soggy buns, chemical flavor on most of the veggies in my burgers, and the sides are usually cold. The CJr in my hometown I used to frequent was amazing and rarely screwed up on orders. This Carls Jr screws up orders 66% of the time.

We just thought the burgers would be a little bit more prepared better than making it all sloppy and not hardly having pickles or any onion once so ever my fries were so cold it not cool, for the amount I paid I should have gotten food warm or hot!!!!

Absolutely the best chicken sandwich Ive ever had, think Ive got a new favorite

The chicken tenders, cowboy burger waffle fries were hot fresh. Very tasty.
