Eating was decent, service was okay, but it seems like they were slow.

Absolutely the worst. I'll spend the extra two dollars for a better place. Every time I miss an article, the employees go around and the hard tacos are literally broken. Oh, and let me mention the rest of this place. Management needs to be cleared out and implement staff with the care of knowledge. Disgusting and I don't see how they happen to food safety.

We often do this on 46th and 66th St. A lot, but there is NIE failing.... half of my order not given, sauce shown on entrance yet made NONE available... I go further they get it right one of these days

I had to remove 3 stars since the Corona virus started. It seems like this franchised location just gave up. They did away with many favorite menu items and stopped selling breakfast. Getting exactly what you ordered is nearly impossible, the food is thrown together, items added for extra money are left off...and the list goes on. I would seriously just go to another location. Where there is one, there is many...lol

I?ve ordered multiple Uner Eats orders from this location. I always wind up with incorrect orders and missing items. The website is so easy to order from, a preschooler could do it. Yet, every time it?s a disaster. This time, a child didn?t get her food and I had to sacrifice mine and eat leftovers instead. Not acceptable, especially for only a 5 item order. Never again.
