It was okay but considering the price it is our opinion it should be a higher level all around

Waiter was very slow at the end of the dinner. Did a lot of waiting.

Great food, service, and ambience. You get what you pay for.

I’ve enjoyed Ruth’s Chris in years past, and it still is slightly above adequate. But overall, the value is not good. Tonight, I enjoyed a fillet, but the steak was no better than what I’ve had at Longhorn Steakhouse. Even though the dining room was less than 25% full, the service was very slow and inattentive. I’m no longer on an expense account nor trying to impress clients, so I’ll likely go elsewhere in the future.
