Shake Shack Louis Armstrong New Orleans Airport

Just go to Chikfila, food was salty and tasted like the oil was burnt. The chicken. Sandwich would've been great if nor for this.

Avoid if tight on time for flight. Took ten minutes to order and no one else was in front of us. Seemed very understaffed. 20 minutes to get food after ordering and it was missing items. Person taking orders was also prepping food. Needs better staffing and management. Food was good. Place was clean.

Literally the worst service I’ve ever experienced , not just at a shake shack but at any store or restaurant. Just go anywhere else in the airport for food, it’s not worth the horrible service you’ll receive at this location. I expect more from shake shack!

The food was delicious. They got in the weeds for a little bit but Jackie, who should be recognized, calmly collected everyone’s tickets (who were waiting for food) and got everything back on track pretty quickly. She did a great job.Vegetarian options: Mushroom sandwich.
