Copeland's Of New Orleans - Kenner

I went to this restaurant for lunch on February 9th. The place seemed clean and the waitress provided good service. The food was tasty and well-presented, although I was a bit disappointed by the small portion of crab claws in my dish. There was also a staff member changing lightbulbs in the lobby while customers were present, which I found a bit disruptive. However, overall, it was a decent experience and I would consider going back to this restaurant.

Ordered door dash because I wanted some dessert and the weather is horrible. It was fast and the ice cream that came With the brownie was still frozen. I was pretty surprised it wasn’t melted even a little. It’s was just what I needed!

I went to this restaurant for lunch and didn't have to wait for a table. The crab stuffed beignets and the brownie deluxe with ice cream were delicious! The crabcakes with shrimp alfredo pasta were tasty, but a little dry. The service was not up to par. I was seated right away and ordered a drink, but it took 20 minutes for them to arrive because the server forgot. Additionally, when my food arrived, I had to wait a few minutes for silverware because the server forgot to bring it. Despite the mediocre service this time, I will still return because I usually receive great service and good food at this restaurant.

The food was fabulous but what really made our evening special was our server Drew. Drew is so knowledgeable about food in general and you can really feel his passion for what he does. He suggested a menu item we’ve never tried before and it’s our new favorite dessert. He is so attentive and kind to his tables. I would go back for him alone. I hope some day Drew gets to manage or even own his own restaurant. He definitely deserves it. Thank you Drew and Copelands for a wonderful meal!

This restaurant is absolutely delicious! I tried the steak Labouchere with a side of fresh strawberry cheesecake and it was phenomenal. The biscuit that came with the entree was perfect, and the cheesecake was incredibly tasty. I will definitely be recommending this place to others in the future!
