Kidd Valley - Kenmore

Kid Valley! I love that this place is still around, they were always one of the best and still are. Nothing better than coming here during the summer and getting fries and a burger dip and a coke and just enjoying the food sitting back and relaxing. Nice location in Kenmore and I hope that kid Valley is around for a long time!Food: 5/5

We came in today at 3:45pm and ordered a side of onion rings, mushrooms and a raspberry shake. It took about 20 mins to get our food. The mushrooms were great and so was the shake. The onion rings pretty much fell apart without us touching them. It made them really difficult to eat. The onions tasted great, just wish the breading stayed on. And I think it was a long wait considering what we ordered.

The food is great but the service is the exact opposite. Everyone in front of us was helped at an extraordinarily slow pace and then when it was time for us to order the guy at the counter just stood there and kept looking everywhere else, avoiding eye contact, until I finally ask him if he was ready to help me twice. We only ordered mushrooms and a burger. Fast forward 28 minutes later with a nearly empty restaurant we had our food. It was good but I I'm unsure when or if we will return especially to this location. This is disappointing too because the food we all really enjoy. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to receive a burger and a side of mushrooms when there were less than five other people in the restaurant the entirety of our stay.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant by far. Their fish sandwich is to die for, IMHO, the shakes are made with real ice cream and they have deep fried mushrooms. What more could one ask for? Oh, and the Wagu burger is exceptional. I can't recommend this place highly enough.Food: 5/5
