Massimo Italian Deli - Kenilworth

The best fresh mozzarella in the area, i.e. North Jersey, hands down. Exceptional roasted marinated red peppers. Fantastic quality sandwiches, and everything you would expect from a legit South Italian deli. I drive many miles here every time since the brothers Montclair left years ago (they are the founders of Belgiovine in Montclair and the new tenants copy their model, although not so good, which is why I have been driving them to them for years in Kenilworth) You're so good.

Better go to business and order there. It takes longer, but the interaction with the counterman results on a much better sub. Jus says... That said this is just old school daily brackets. There is a hot table with 5 or so dishes ready, so if you're hungry, you don't have to wake long. Good quality eats cheese and fresh salad.

Wow! I'm sorry I waited so long to get Massimo's food. Everything was amazing so far, I was there three times since my first visit last week LOL salad sandwiches chicken jewelry are thin everything I would make at home the guys are so friendly and sweet what a gem!

Very good sandwhiches... I travel around New Jersey I am a commercial appliance repair tech and visit alot of restaurants.. I was at another store and found this place... I love Italian food... So I went in the aroma of Italian food in the air is most pleasant. I order a chicken cutlet w/ fresh moz, roasted peppers, little balsamic vinegar. Amazing sandwich the bread had the right hardness on the outside and soft in the inside.
