Your pig chasyu is the star (no Pun intended) of the plate. My Top 2 Jiro Style Ramen right now. The soup is clearer than others, but also tasteful. Many vegetables also with good balance of bean sprouts to cabbage. The noodle is really tasteful and not too muddy. Easy to sneak. Remember that part is huge. Sometimes the queue is really long, but it's worth waiting. You're never disappointed.

Just the biggest ramen I've ever eaten! The regular size is easy to double the amount of a normal memory. But it is not only great, but the taste was also excellent. 5 stars

The best rams I had in Japan during my year. Huge portions and very heavy, so not for the flood of heart or stomach

Noodle was extremely thick and starchy which gave it unique texture. Soup was not as thick as I expected. It was actually clear but Soup was boiled too frequently, it was too salty to sip. For ladies, mini-ramen is definitely enough. Sense of accomplishment comes after finishing the bowl is unforgettable.
