Sometimes it seems understaffed.... but they definitely are very good workers and do their best. And the food is always prepared great!

Changed the look but didn’t change the costumer service. Tomatoes, lettuce and onions were old and brownish and not fresh. Check your food if you eat there

We ordered couple of craving boxes for pickup and they just mixed everything in the bag without putting in the box as it said craving box ! The also forgot to give three drink cups as well as Baja Blast drink. This is at Market Place Dr. in Katy, TX. Extremely poor management!

I was deniedsetvic3 at the front counter. I was forced to use an app, get my drink cup at the front counter, pick up my food at the front counter,. The options to get a receipt was to sell them my phone number or email address. This is not the right way to treat paying customers. or paid employees if this is the way you do business, I refuse to continue to be a paying customer.

The cashier system was a fail, the food came out very late for it to be considered fast food... I ordered a couple items off the menu and it took about 30 minutes for the order to come out which ended up missing some items for our order. Then my girlfriend wanted some dorito nacho tacos... this was a mistake because then we waited about another 45 minutes. By that time, we were already finished with our food and then we asked the worker where our order was, turns out they said they ran out of dorito nacho tacos a while ago.... we went to get a refund which took them another 20 minutes... all in all, this location need some more trained and disiplined employees
