Smashburger - Katy

I ordered from this Smashburg site with UberEats. I have the mushroom tails Burger and Smashfries. I've never been so sick of food poisoning in my life. I broke all night. They also forgot a drink in my order, but that's peanuts compared to the terrible disease they gave me. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went to the sights and sounds of a cashier who was unjustified for a customer who asked reasonable questions about their incorrectly executed order. Should I? ve just walked out of the door, it didn't get better. I gave up my order, and it took 30 minutes to give me a simple meal for two people. To make it even better, they prepared the frits well in the bag before the burgers came out (there is a heat lamp for a reason). You can imagine how excited I was to come home (2 minutes drive) with cold, winding frits. This review only gets two stars because they have managed not to mess up the content of the order. It feels great to be 20 dollars poorer, and only 50% satisfied if that.

Clean. We have some time when you order a burger somewhere and wrap it, but if you sit home the burgers sideways. No problems without here.

Burgers and fries are good! I always get mine to go! Friendly staff the last time I went.

Went for the first time to a Smashburger here and the employee who took our orders didn?t greet us or even respond when I said ?Hi? first. Later same employee did not respond when I said ?Thank You? for our meal. We were the only customers there at the time. The meal we ordered consisted of two shakes and two single burgers and a shared order of fries which came up to $28. I could have gone anywhere else for less in order to be treated rudely by the order taker. Later this same employee was yelling at the people in back that she didn?t know where things were and it was extremely awkward. I saw her yelling at the people in the back as she was facing a new customer and I don?t understand how that individual is allowed to be the one taking orders. You can go to chick fil a or McDonald?s or basically anywhere else and find better customer service for less cost. One and done for us with Smashburger.
