I made reservation on their website. I paid the bowling line and 2 cards for video games. When we arrived they provided us bowling line but no one was going to provide the cards. I had to explain them that they do not send any receipts via email and I can not provide receipt now. But the amount I paid almost 2 times bigger then amount for the bowling line. So 2 cards are included in this amount. They do not have any info in their system about my order? They are not able to check anything.

We usually enjoy coming here because my kids have fun all the time, we even had their birthday party here one time. But the place is slowly getting inadequate. This is the 3rd when we bowl that the bowling gate does not function in the middle of the game, but the servers in the bowling lane are the best though. Then the card refill machines, half of them are not working actually more than half then you get a card that sometimes does not function. Few times I came here and I try to buy drinks in the pizzeria, they always tell me they are still close to go to the bar and buy drinks , then nobody is there when you go. This is 530 pm its not like its not a busy hour. I always end up asking the bowling lane servers assistance with drinks .Lastly the restrooms are dirty and some faucets don’t work.I hate to see this place go down because we go here as family for fun .

Beside the scheduling issue for bowling and 10 pm closure of some activities, we had a great time. Plenty to do all under one roof. Would definitely go back.

My son was invited to a birthday party. Facility was clean and no broken arcade games.I want to shout out to Maury who helped the birthday party. My son has food allergies so normally I prepare his food at home but I was not able to this time. Maury was kind enough to take extra steps to make sure my son is included and has something to eat. He was so attentive, sympathetic and thoughtful. He definitely made the experience amazing!

Absolutely had an awesome time. Katilyn and all staff were amazing. Dominique was our server. He was outstanding and very helpful.Food: 5/5
