Japanika - Karmiel

The servers were friendly and accommodated our large group by rearranging a few tables. The food was prepared quickly, but unfortunately, it was not to my liking. I tried the sweet potato gyoza, wakame salad, and some of the vegan sushi rolls, but found them to be dry and lacking in flavor. I wasn't a fan of the fried sweet potato in the maki rolls and did not enjoy the carrot salmon topping on some of the rolls. The prices were reasonable for sushi, however.

Most of the time it is successful, there is only one option for a vegan combination and it gets a bit boring so it's a shame, but meat-eaters have more options. A few months ago there was a lack of avocado so they put mango instead and it was weird.

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
