Marios grows his own vegetables in his huge garden behind the restaurant and gets his fish daily fresh in Ormos, straight from the fishermen. If you like traditional dishes this is the place to go. No 'westernized ' dishes, but well seasoned with local herbs that grow a plenty on this island. My personal favorites are his gemista (filled bell pepers and tomato), his imam, briam and souvlaki.
The best you can get on Samos. The food is as fresh as possible. Traditional Greek food with sometimes very special surprising ingredients. Mario and his team are the best hosts you can get!!!
