Surabhi - Kalyan, Dombivli

We observed very weird behaviour from South Indian middle aged manager and side table serving marathi waiter. Manager behaviour like why are u come here and speak very roudly with us and side table marathi waiter who are not serving to us, but still taking salt pot , spoon and tissue paper from our table and serve this to other customers which is found very weird behaviour. We are not expecting such pathetic service from any reputed restaurant. We are regular customer of this restaurant from 2018 but now we are not recommended this restaurant to anyone.

I was looking for a good restaurant in Dombivli east. I asked a couple of youngsters. All of them were referring to this restaurant as safe heaven. No doubt. It was almost full at 9 pm on a Thursday evening. We ordered a drink, traditional panner tikka chicken hundi and some roti and kulcha. Food was good. We enjoyed. Only one suggestion panner tikka the chill powder on top should be suttle. Inspite of it it was not spicy. Tasted good.

Completely surprised and disappointed by the service recieved. I have been to the restaurant earlier like few yrs back and thought revisit last month . It's used to be good once upon a time but now it's seems they have lowered their stds ... Waiter was least interested in taking the order suggesting any dish infact the server had more knowledge than the one taking orders. We ordered soup and Surbhi's spcl biryani, soup felt like too much preservatives were added the original essence was missing. Biryani was pathetic we couldn't even finish it. The meat had very irritating smell felt like stale food was served.

The ambience was on the average side as there was noise but the taste was quite good the biryani is little on below average side pricing was also good , the conclusion is you can go if you wish , you not missing out on anything

I ordered triple veg rice noodles as well as masala dosa. The rice was not cooked well. Even the dosa's sambhar was very thin like water also coconut chutney was not good spicy. Food quality must be improved.
