Augie's Bistro - Jupiter

I will say this was a great breakfast. I'm here now. Just surprised No one else is here. It's in a strip mall. The coffee is not so good and cold. I had the waitress nuke it for me as I like my coffee boiling hot. So the reviews pointed me towards the flying saucer omelette. They only had rye with seeds so I got white, it was much better then like cheap supermarket white bread. One issue is bread was unbuttered so you have the butter packs that are hard and difficult to spread. The home fries are on the well done side but still soft and tasty. Now the only real issue I had with the omelette is it had too many peppers in it. Some people may really enjoy that though. But the sausage crumbled in there was excellent along with the cheesy texture. The eggs could have been slightly less well done. Avocado and sour cream an excellent touch. Love an omelette with a Mexican flare. Overall a great food experience. Would definitely eat here again I would just request no peppers in my omelette. Would also ask them to consider a different brand of coffee.

Very good for our first time. I ordered their signature flying saucer omelette. Everything was superb a little heavy on the sheer volume of cheese but I'm a cheese lover. Great service and try the flan cheesecake if you're into that sorta thing.

Love the food here! Fresh and delicious! Have eaten here many times!
