To burger king today! Normally the service is terrible, but lacie b I think was the name to make my order and service so much better! she went out of that if it wasn't for her that would have been my last time!

LEGIT worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Waited at drive Thru line for over ten min every time I have gone here and I end up driving away cuz no one comes to the speaker. I would put negative stars if possible. Will never try to go to this one again lol driving to burleson

Went in to get poppers and a lady by the name of Rikki waited on me..I must say by far the best customer service I've had..she was upbeat and cheerful and you could tell her crew loved working with her.They all looked to be having fun while getting the job done! Rikki is a diamond and definitely an asset to Burger King!!

This is the 3rd time ive been to this store to get my order wrong once again. Each time i say NO TOMATOS NO PICKLES. everytime i open my burger when i get home what do i see? Extra tomatos and extra pickles. Come on its not that hard. Will not be returning. This is ridiculous. Tried to call and talk to manager and there phones are disconnected. Guess they dont need phones to answer calls.

Ordered on app. It verifies with restaurant what you order. Got to window to pick up order, 3 of the sandwiches was supposed to have bacon. I am sorry sir, we are out of bacon We cannot refund your order from the app, you will have to call our office. So, full price was charged, all sandwiches, but no bacon. They said, we will throw in cookies with your order for inconvenience. Got home, no cookies in bag either.
