Bidrage med feedbackI do not understand all the bad reviews. I come here fairly regularly and have never had a problem! The prices are more than reasonable, the burgers are by far the best in town, I 've never had a soggy fry but they DO give you very large portions of said fries! The employees are always exceptionally friendly and any mistakes I 've seen were always happily and easily remedied. Their Spaghetti Red is as good or better than Fred 'N Reds (and a little cheaper) and they 're nicer at Mojo. I like mine with cheese and pickles.
If you are looking for a locally owed burger joint, I would recommend.. The varitey of toppings allows you to create your own flavor and the Salt and Vinager fries, though a bit soggy, had my mouth dancing..
I prefer Mojo to Five Guys. The menu isn't large, but the burgers, fries, and spaghetti red are all good. The fry flavors are a fun addition, too. Definitely dine in. The drive thru takes forever (understandably so since it's made fresh). Service seems to be slow dining in, but the atmosphere is surprisingly pleasant and clean for a burger and fry joint.
Love this place!. I 'd hate for someone to miss out on such a delicious meal because they 're reading reviews from when the store had just opened. This place is great! They have obviously improved in the last year. The way your allowed to customize and choose ALL of the toppings that go into your burger makes this place unique. I think their prices are great for what you get. Why pay $5-$7 for a (insert catchy marketing name here) burger that 's been sitting under a heat lamp, when you can get a Mojo burger with all the FREE toppings you pick and choose (aside from cheese, bacon and chili). Don 't like burgers then choose from one of the others: Coney, Spaggetti Red, Chili Cheese Fries, or Frito pie. You won 't leave hungry, they serve HUGE portions and then..........you add all the FREE toppings you want to these items too! Now onto the fries, these guys know fries. They just got an award for best fries in the area, and it 's easy to see why. First they cut them all themselves, you can even see the potatoes when you walk in. Then cook em up fresh and you get to choose from various flavors Ranch, Cajun, Sweet and Salty, Salt and Vinegar, Lemon Pepper, and of course just Salted. I love the sweet and salty with their custom sauce called 'Stache ' sauce it.....is.....addicting! Only downfall with the fries is they get soggy kinda quick due to being handmade. So don 't miss out, I eat here at least once a week and the people are so friendly and treat me like family lol.
Mojo rules!. I have been to several Five Guys locations and Mojo can definitely hold their own against them. For me, I get a 'double ' with bacon, cheese, Mojo sauce, fresh jalapenos, and mushrooms. I also love the ranch fries and cajun fries. I live right down the road and hit the drive-thru a couple times a month. While Eagle-Drive In probably lays claim to 'Joplin 's Best Burger '... Mojo is right there with them (for half the price, no less). Joplin will be getting our own Five Guys soon... but do yourself a favor and skip the long lines price... hit up the cool local alternative in Mojo!
