The Southern Country Buffet - Jonesboro

It was so good! Everything was really fresh, everyone in the family found something that was the best of all time. For me it was the roasted catfish, chicken and green bean coffee. Also strawberry and peach cubes were there! No Jonesboro GWTW Tour is complete without stopping after.

Good food and atmosphere! Large staff, owners and customers. I love the senator's table. So good if it's not better than cooking some of you at home.

Very good house style Southern food. Large selection of different meats and vegetables, all very well cooked. The kind of food your grandmother has cooked for you. My family loves the place and the service is excellent. Everyone is very polite and friendly. The place is also very clean and tidy, even the buffet is constantly wiped. Eating is always HOT! Great place and we will go on and enjoy the food.

Many positive things you will experience here. I stopped here a few times. The food is great and I really like how the menu changes. If you're looking by and you don't have a fried chicken, you're crazy, Lol. Good size salad bar and great desserts. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great. The only thing I didn't like was like other restaurants There is no background music and you can hear most folk conversations. Otherwise, nothing would prevent me from coming back. Bottom line great food.

This place just opened this week so my husband and I took my grandparents here for dinner, and it was so delicious! The fried chicken was perfectly cooked! My favorite side is mac n cheese and they did it great. I ate wayyyy too much food here. A lot of times you go to a buffet and the sweet tea tastes old and bland, but their sweet tea was really good. I also ate all three desserts and enjoyed all of them!
