Mcdonald's - Joliette

Fast service and normal mcdonald’s eating. the only note I would like to make is that the children of high school are there also on the school days. Nevertheless, the service in the usually is quite fast. only long lineups when the students are there. but the children are always polite!

I don't think it's all that healthy even if the produces are fresh.

Service is slow and their app menu isn't up to date, but the food is good.

This McDonald's is probably one of the worst I have been to. The service is always slow and unpleasant from the staff. The last time I visited, there was a cigarette on the counter near the machines behind the staff, which is not very clean and concerning. I would recommend avoiding this location and instead drive a few kilometers to the McDonald's at Walmart or the one on Visitation.

Unfortunately, this afternoon we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. My 2-year-old daughter likes to eat ketchup with her fries, but we were informed that there was no more ketchup available. At the end of the meal, I went to ask for a sundae for my dessert and the cashier had to consult the manager, who responded in a very arrogant tone, "I don't have time." When I mentioned the lack of ketchup and ice cream, he reluctantly admitted that there was some ketchup left, but with an attitude of disdain and dissatisfaction. To the owner of this establishment, I must say that if you continue to employ individuals with this kind of attitude, your business will not succeed. I will not be returning to your restaurant.
