A&w - Johnson Siding

Waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes and when I got to window, the rather larger gal that was working got an attitude with me and told me that I should tell her I wanted my cheeseburger plain. I did tell her when I placed my order! I have never had a problem with a&w food but if this is your customer service, I will not be back. Lunch is to enjoy good food and relax without attitude. Food was decent, though the mini corn dogs (kids meals) were a bit undercooked and bland. Biggest issue was the time waiting in the drive thru line. Only had one car ahead of us and it took 15 minutes.

Food is normally fine, but the people behind the counter often have professional but grouchy attitudes, also I have difficulty getting my order right, and the right items. I go through the drive through normally. It 's happened a few times now, and for how expensive fast food is, I hope order accuracy would be important.After posting my review I 've read a few others. I see this has been happening for a while now while nothing as been done about it... As much as I like the food I might find other options. I lowered my star rating for lack of action taken despite man sincere review apologies.

Decent food. Cheese curds are probably the best in town. Drive thru is incredibly slow, though.
