광양정쿡 - Jinwol-myeon

I used to give this restaurant a 5-star rating because the food and service were excellent, so I went there multiple times and was satisfied. However, I recently visited again and found some shortcomings. I hope they can improve a little. I am leaving this comment here. I couldn't write a new review, so I am modifying my old review. The overall menu has changed quite a bit, which may be due to the restaurant being part of a chain.

One star is too generous for this place. The food was okay, but the service was absolutely terrible. Even though I know the staff are working hard, I still left feeling upset. I went with my parents and ended up feeling confused and then angry. Even when we pressed the bell for service, no one came. They blamed the delay in food on being busy, but then brought out different dishes than what we had ordered. We waited even longer... We started our drinks after our meal was almost finished. They may have forgotten to bring it earlier, but they practically threw the cups at us! I would not recommend this place. There may be no other options, but I would not want to go back.

The Jung Cook Restaurant is delightful because it serves Italian cuisine, including pasta, pizza, and steak. The Chicago pizza is particularly outstanding, and the restaurant is very clean.

The hall employees are very kind and the service cleanliness is the best! Pasta, meat and pizza are all delicious. 재방문 할꾸
