Bidrage med feedbackI love this taco bell. I eat here when I'm in jerome. they always get my custom order right, they are fast and so friendly.
Sometimes I love this taco bell, but sometimes I prefer a warning when there is an ingredient that is missing from her eating. three times I have a fleshy melt burrito without fritos inside and no worker in the drive said something. also two of these times there was so much sauce that the burrito falls apart.
I thought I had sick ursache, although I told them I needed gluten-free, they need to touch my articles in areas that had gluten. when all the others were sick, who did not spy out their food because it was evil, I began to ask myself if the meat was bad or so.
Absolutely the worst experience this evening!! Apparently, it's okay for staff to speak rudely to customers and management just stands there saying nothing!!!!We show up to get food, there's Emergency services there. The medical responders state it was just a med call.We tried to go in but they're closed???An employee opened the door and stated they're closed when I asked why it went down hill from there!!!I've filed a complaint with corporate. There was no reason to be treated that way. When I asked for names for my complaint I was told no and they shut the door.
First of all, the customer service was great. We had ordered a taco party pack with 6 crunchy tacos and 6 soft tacos, and a Nacho Bell Grande, and the presentation of the nachos was horrible, there were not enough chips in it and the portions were so small. The Taco party pack didn’t even come in a Taco party box it came in a large bag.
