I went here today to pick up some steaks. They are the only high end butcher I know of in the area. Got there at 10 right when they opened and the staff was cheery and welcoming. The gentleman behind the butcher counter was working and asked if I needed help. I told him I was looking for steaks. He was very helpful and told me they have more in the back that he hasn’t finished prepping but if it’s something I want then he would be glad to do it. I was not that impressed. My ribeye was great. My date's ny loin was not. Definitely way overpriced for the experience. From all the hype, I was disappointed.
