Veit's Pub Grill - Jefferson City

AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME FOOD. ONLY SUGGESTION,OFFER MORE VARIETY..BUT EXTREMELY TASTY

Decided to head to Veits for the Sunday breakfast buffet and we weren't impressed at all, eggs were watery, meat was not fresh. Pancakes,french toast sticks, no flavor at all and stale.. this place could do so much better, service was terrible no refills on coffee not even offered any water, staffed look like they just had a flour fight in the back.. better off going to Holt summit for breakfast.. once again Jeff city is a let down.

My wife and I stopped in and we each had a Catfish Basket ordered off of the appetizer menu. It's more food than you'll want unless you're super hungry. The fried catfish was perfect and there is a generous amount of steak fries thrown in. We also ordered the Veits Salad and it was delicious. Curt, our waiter was awesome! He was a better server than I've had in a long time and genuinely nice.

The staff was friendly. The grilled catfish was good very pleasant experience, first time here.I’ll definitely be back, we lost track of time and stayed well beyond closing time unintentionally. The staff was more than gracious.
