We tend to complain as soon as we don't like it, but we forget to brag when it's okay. Last month I placed an order on the internet and forgot a burger. Well, on a big order, no bowl, I'll call to bring it back and I'll be offered to give it to myself when I come back. Last night, I order again with the app, all my order is there, in worries, and I take advantage of it to ask my burger when I report my presence in the restaurant. Neither one nor two, I'm being questioned about my previous order and I was told that the burger will be ready in a few minutes, happy! But that's not all: apologize for the inconvenience caused, the manager (which I still thank at the time), offers me an additional dessert in compensation. Result : my girlfriend is happy to have a dessert muffin, I am very happy to recover my burger and I was managed pro. 5 stars, a very good BK and a big thank you to the team that makes everything possible to satisfy their customers!
