The personal was great. but the chicken pieces have become so small. they've overtaken it now, so it's small and dried out. I love popeyes didn't pay attention to the price, but the little bitty overcooked, dry huh his only no longer worth the price!

The service was slow and my order was not correct and even tried to overload me. jasper texas I would not recommend

Our order was wrong and the chicken was tough and dry. The people working there were really friendly, but won't be going back to this location.

The young dark lady with the long black hair and the attitude made sure we won?t be coming back again. We asked a simple question and it was made to feel like an inconvenience. Get better staff who keep the customers coming back for more because at this point you?re keeping them away.

We've been at this place about 4 times. every time it took 20 minutes to get our food. our last trip here, I made a mobile order. I was asked if I paid for it. I said yes. sa at the laufwerk thru order range another 7-8 minutes. the young lady comes back to take my order. I'll tell her again that I have a mobile job. I was told to move. I'm moving to the window. we waited and waited. the same young lady who spoke to us on the back of the load, tells us that we're moving this? waited 10-15 minutes before loading. observe numerous employees in / out only talk and visit with customers. Eat is finally coming out. French fries are cold, chicken sandwiches are cold, apple cakes are cold. if we wait for apple cake to be cooked, wouldn't they be hot? we will never protect this popeye again. bad service!
