Food and service were top notch. I have the chance to talk to the owner who is very well informed about the area. It is not very often that you speak to an owner who actually takes care of taking time, talking to a stranger as long as you want. They have cakes and cinnamon rolls for dying. I will definitely return to try more things on the menu. Remember, this is a truck stop and diner, so you can find all kinds of goodies here. If your hungry and high quality food at a good price along with quality service I recommend visiting this jewel. Two thumbs.

Restaurant Essen was great and also the service. The staff of the gas station were very friendly, they treat us very well, bathrooms are clean and also the showers.

Old school truck stop. Corrupted, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great food for great prices! Recommend the place and come every time I pass!

First time at the cafe and my family and I were impressed. All of the staff were friendly. they seated us and saw we had kids so immediately got crayons and coloring sheets. They brought us water right away and the food was excellent and the service was better. We will be back!
