Mcdonald's - James City County

Just went there and they somehow lost my order and didn't give me my food or my money back Even with proof of itthrough the app

6 cheese hamburgers and fries some of the cheese hamburger buns do not have the meat on it that's a shame

Food is never consistent. This was a large fry. It was not full and a little over cooked

I have been to McDonald's in all 50 states and Japan. This is, without questions, the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to. It's so bad, I don't go there unless there is no other option. I'll drive 5 mile to Lightfoot just to avoid it. The service is painfully slow. I just went to buy a simple cup of coffee. I ended up pouring it out a couple of minutes later. There is nothing more disgusting than a luke warm cup of coffee. But I didn't waste too much because they only filled it 3/4s full. Why does McDonald's leave room for additives when the customer declines cream or sugar?

This used to be my favorite McDonald's in the area but now like most they do not pay attention to the people dining inside at all they will have them sitting forever waiting on food even the manager walks around like they don't care the place was absolutely filthy I can tell the bathroom has not been cleaned at all ever because it is in the same condition it was several times ago when I came I actually cleaned it myself just to use the bathroom every single table inside was filthy management and workers were sitting down eating they are always eating sitting at tables or eating in the back making each other food when I arrived workers were standing outside smoking they looked slow and stoned making the food people not wearing gloves the chicken was hot fries cold and over salted after eating got instant painful gas cramps they should be Ashamed giving people food poison every place I've worked regardless of reputation I take pride in being clean and serving the best food as I would eat myself it's a shame nothing has quality or service anymore
