Starbucks Coffee - Jacksonville Beach

First time I had a breakfast sandwich. It was good! As was my regular cup of coffee. Not a big Starbucks person...or a coffee person for that matter, but was given a gift card so I tried it out . Everything was great. The service too.

I really love the white chocolate mochas here and they also have very good salads, breakfast sandwiches and bagels!! I visit this location almost 3-4 times per week.

This store is clean, fast, friendly, and consistent. It is obvious that they work very hard to get people their coffee quickly (especially in the drive- thru ! There are a lot of beach-goers that frequent this shop and it seems to have a lot of regulars! Tyler is the store manager and he has a great way of connecting with customers and fixing any issues that may arise. The store is 2 blocks from the beach and is a great spot to stop, grab coffee, and walk doen to watch the sunrise (they have 1 hr parking spots! .

Shout out to Tae, The manager, she went over and above accommodating me. I’ve been having trouble with the Neptune Beach location. I called the Jax beach location to get assistance and Tae answered the phone and was gracious and willing to fill my order; make my coffee perfectly and, make me happy.I Really appreciate the accommodation of the Jax Beach location pulling the slack for Neptune Beach! Kudos to Tae, and thank you so much for going above and beyond customer service!

Nicely sized. Minimal parking on site but plenty of parking in the surrounding area
